Elite Cellular, Inc. extends a warranty for all functional issues with products sold. The standard warranty window is extended to buyers for 60 days following the date of receipt. 

For all special-order items, meaning items obtained specifically at a customer’s request, are not eligible for return. 

To initiate a return, RMA forms (Form F-26) must be filled out and sent to RMA@elitecell.com prior to returned shipments. 

At this time, Elite Cellular, Inc. will assign an RMA number. Once an RMA number is issued by Elite Cellular, Inc., customers can send the package back. 

  • Return shipment is paid by the buyer. 
  • Buyers must return all original parts and accessories as received with their order. 
  • All serial numbers must match the original product as sent by Elite Cellular, Inc. 
  • RMAs will not be processed for any shipments that do not include all original parts and matching serial numbers. 
  • Upon receipt of the RMA package, Elite Cellular, Inc. will process replacements or credit towards the buyer’s account promptly Any units returned outside of the warranty / return window, will be returned to the buyer.
