Full Functioning

A unit that functions without defect will be identified as Full Functioning. For
example, this includes, but is not limited to, all units identified as Good
Function (“GF”).

Key Functioning

A unit that contains one or more functional fails but maintains the ability to
operate will be identified as Key Functioning. For example, this includes, but
is not limited to, Power Test Good (“PTG”) stock.

Non-Functioning

A unit that contains one or more functional fails and cannot operate will be
identified as Non-Functioning. For example, this includes, but is not limited
to, scrap stock that can no longer be used.

Cosmetic As-Is

A unit that is sold to the customer in “Cosmetic As-Is” condition will be
identified as As-Is for Cosmetic Defects. This may include, but is not limited
to, any item identified as Full Functioning, Key Functioning or Non-
Functioning.
